All products we make ship from Carson City Nevada.  Please allow  3-4 days for order processing.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 30 days of receiving order.  Modultra offers a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects.  Modultra will replace or repair any in warranty items deemed to be defective.  Please contact us for warranty claims.
